Digital Products — No Refunds

All products sold on all4fit.online are digital downloads — guides, programmes, and resources delivered instantly to your inbox at the point of purchase. Because of the nature of digital goods (they are immediately accessible and cannot be "returned"), we do not offer refunds on any digital product purchases.

Why no refunds?

Once a digital file is downloaded or delivered, there is no way to un-deliver that content. This policy is standard across the digital products industry and allows us to keep prices fair for everyone. Please read all product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

While refunds aren't something we can offer on digital products, your satisfaction genuinely matters. If something went wrong — a technical issue, a download problem, or you feel you didn't get what was described — reach out directly and we'll do everything we can to make it right.

1-on-1 Coaching — A Different Conversation

One-on-one coaching is an entirely different arrangement to purchasing a digital product. Coaching engagements are a personal agreement between myself and each individual client, and any terms around payments, timelines, or cancellations are handled directly as part of that arrangement — not governed by this general refund policy.

That said, in 8+ years of coaching clients one-on-one, there has not been a single instance where a refund was needed. That's not something to boast about — it's a reflection of the commitment we both bring to the process and the results that follow.
