We start with a discovery call to learn about your goals, your lifestyle, and what has worked or not worked for you before. From there I build you a fully custom training and nutrition plan. We check in regularly through whatever communication works best for you. I track your progress, adjust the plan when needed, and hold you accountable every step of the way. You never feel like you are doing this alone.
Most people start feeling different within the first two weeks. More energy, better sleep, clothes fitting differently. Visible changes usually start showing between weeks four and eight depending on your starting point and consistency. Real body composition changes happen over three to six months. Anyone promising dramatic results in two weeks is selling you something that will not last.
Neither is required. Your program is built around whatever equipment and space you actually have access to. Gym, home, hotel room, or no equipment at all. I have helped clients transform their bodies in all of these situations. We work with what you have, not what you wish you had.
That depends entirely on your schedule and your goals. I have gotten clients incredible results training three days a week. We figure out what is realistic for your life and build around that. Consistency with a three day plan beats burning out on a six day plan every single time.
No. I do not believe in cutting out entire food groups or making you miserable. The nutrition plan I build for you is designed around your real life including weekends, family dinners, travel, and the foods you actually enjoy. We focus on building sustainable habits you can maintain for years, not just until the next occasion.
Most programs fail because they are generic. They are not built for your schedule, your stress levels, your food preferences, or your history. What I do is different because everything is built specifically for you and the accountability is real and ongoing. I am not handing you a PDF and disappearing. Absolutely. Most of my best client transformations have been people in their 30s, 40s and 50s. Your body does change as you get older but that does not mean results are off the table. It means your approach needs to be smarter. Recovery, nutrition timing, and training intensity all have to be dialed in correctly. That is exactly what I specialize in.
Workouts typically run 45 to 60 minutes. Check ins with me take five minutes or less. Most of my clients are busy professionals and parents who do not have unlimited time. We make it fit your schedule, not the other way around.

Yes and this is one of the areas I specialize in. You will have travel workout options, guidance on eating well at restaurants, and strategies for staying consistent when your routine gets disrupted. Traveling is not an excuse to fall off. It is just a different environment to work with.

Yes, especially if you are newer to training or returning after a break. This is called body recomposition and it is absolutely achievable with the right nutrition and training setup. I have helped many clients drop body fat while adding visible muscle at the same time.
YouTube workouts are built for a general audience, not for you specifically. They do not account for your injuries, your schedule, your nutrition, or your progress over time. And they offer zero accountability. Coaching keeps you in the game and moving forward consistently.
