Programs are built around your goals and timeline. Most clients see their first major results within 6–12 weeks. We discuss the right timeframe on your free call — there are no rigid one-size-fits-all contracts.

Not at all. Many of my clients train at home with dumbbells only — that's all you need. If you have gym access, great. If not, we build around what you have. Check out my free workout library to see exactly what's possible.
