Yes. The program is literally built for people who haven't trained in years. We don't start where you used to be. We start where you actually are right now and build back up the smart way. Most of my clients haven't seriously trained in 5 to 15 years. That's the standard starting point.
Yes, and this is actually where I shine. I tore my ACL twice in the same knee. I know what coming back from injury actually requires. Your program is built around your specific injuries, not against them. We strengthen what's been weak for years. We don't bulldoze through it.
3 days a week. 45 minutes per session. That's the entire program. Most online coaches push you to train 5 to 6 days a week. That's how you burn out by week 3 and ghost the gym for 6 months. Less days. Built right. That's the math.
Both work. If you have a gym, great. If you don't, we build the program around dumbbells and what you have available. Your equipment doesn't decide your results. Consistency does.
